I’m not saying mine is competitive at all, this is just a proof of concept but for a thrown together test seems to work fairly well. the diode bridge has a voltage drop which needs to be taken into account and there is lots of power for more coils. This will work even on a cogging system because the wing will build up oscillation magnitude to break it loose from the attraction. I have installed my Bremacles on the fluttering wing to encourage the air to stick to the wing a little longer and possibly give a larger vibrating movement to increase the kenetic energy storage and delay the energy transfer moment as long as possible. There is a slight; .5ms, breeze blowing and also I have a 16inch fan, 4ft from the flutterwing, set on low because the wind comes and goes. It is disruptive when the wind comes from different directions at the same time but the wing accepts wind direction changes well and just turns to harvest it.
